Nature and target:This is a one-day intensive workshop focusing on risk management in projects. From project start to finish, attention has to be paid to uncertain events that may impact the performance of a project. Risks have to be continually identified, reviewed, monitored and controlled during the entire project life cycle. This workshop provides useful techniques and insight into how to plan and control a project from a risk management perspective, and to ensure project objectives such as time, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction can be achieved.
