Endeavored to cultivate and promote local service quality and provided an opportunity for sustainable learning and internship for people who will be willing to acquire bachelor degree, we proposed Scholarship Program with Macau local enterprises. This strategic and foresighted HR program also assisted enterprises to train potential supervisors.
